However this surgery might be a different situation than what my PT was referring to. It definitely sounds better than the surgeries you considered in earlier posts. Just remember part of the crouch is habitual so you'll have to encourage her to get out of the crouch with exercises etc before and after the surgery for it to work initially as well as long term IMHO.
